Cancellation/No Show Policy and Return Policy for Online Bookings
We understand that emergencies, obligations, and unexpected COVID-related restrictions may arise. However, when you don’t call or email to cancel your booking, you may prevent another client from enjoying our excursion.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled experience for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be eligible for a refund.
- Any changes to your booking made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.
- All cut-off times are based on local time for the experience.
Cancellation Policy
- Failure to show up at the designated start time without prior cancellation will result in a full charge.
-The excursion lasts 5 to 6 hours, with start times at 9 AM or 3 PM, or you may request a customized start and end time
